本发明公开一种缺陷少、耐腐蚀性能好的耐事故FeCrAl包壳材料及其制备方法。通过适当控制的Cr、Al等主元素和优选Mo、Si、W、Y等微合金化元素的成分,采用小变形、多道次的加工方法或3D打印技术,制备具有优良抗腐蚀性能、抗高温氧化性能、抗辐照性能,且缺陷少、力学性能满足耐事故燃料要求的FeCrAl合金包壳。此种包壳管克服了现有FeCrAl合金包壳管存在的辐照脆化严重、加工困难的问题,且可实现其大规模工业化生产。
