The special device comprises a rotating pot, a spraying mechanism, a hot air mechanism and a control mechanism, wherein the control mechanism comprises a base, a vertical post fixed onthe base, a shaft sleeve in articulated connection with the vertical post and a rotating shaft rotatably sleeved on the shaft sleeve; one end of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the rotating pot; the other end of the rotating shaft is in transmission connection with an output shaft of a driving motor; a motor shell of the driving motor is fixed on the shaft sleeve; a ratchet wheel isfixedly arranged on the shaft sleeve; a ratchet pawl is arranged on the vertical post and is matched with the ratchet wheel to control an inclination angle of the shaft sleeve relative to the verticalpost; an annular retainer ring coaxial with the rotating pot is arranged in the rotating pot; a plurality of baffles are arranged on the bottom wall of the rotating pot and are located between the annular retainer ring and the side wall of the rotating pot at intervals; the height of the annular retainer ring is as same as the depth of the rotating pot; the height of the baffles is 1/20-1/10 of the depth of the rotating pot.
