A preparation method of the zinc-aluminum flux-cored solder with high soldering strength and corrosion resistance comprises the steps that (1)weighed aluminum is smelted and cast to form an aluminum cast ingot provided with a center hole; (2) weighed Zn98Al alloy is smelted into molten metal to be poured into the center hole, the cast ingot is extruded and rolled into the three-layer sandwich metal skin after being cooled; (3) AlF3 and RbF are weighed according to mass parts to prepare the solder core; and (4) the solder core is wrapped with the outer metal skin, and the zinc-aluminum core solder is formed through rolling and drawing. The metal skin of the solder can well resist corrosion of the core solder and the environmental atmosphere, and thus, the phenomenon of embrittlement of the solder is delayed or restrained.
