本发明公开了一种钼镧合金烧结坯的制备方法及其产品,包括以下步骤:1) 混合料的制备:按一定比例称取钼粉和 LaB6,接着进行混料,得到混合均匀后 的混合料;2)坯料的制备:将步骤 1)中的混和料后的粉末按照需求进行压制, 得到坯料;3)纯钼烧结制品的制备:将步骤 2)中的坯料放入烧结炉中;在氢 气气氛下按照设定的工艺参数进行烧结成型,得到钼镧合金烧结坯。本发明通 过向 Mo 粉中添加少量 LaB6,混料工艺也比较简单,能够大规模应用。本发明 采用的是氢气气氛烧结,烧结设备需求不高,同时烧结温度最高为 1600 ℃,与 传统动辄 1900 ℃以上的烧结方法相比,能够有效节约能源,减少污染,相对低 温烧结也能保证钼金属制品的晶粒大小不会过大。
