本发明涉及一种用于聚氨酯镜片表面的高折射率涂层液及其制造方法,将纳米二氧化锆溶胶(5‑20nm)、有机硅/二氧化钛溶胶和甲醇混合,随后加入乙酸调节酸度,PH值范围为4~5;接着将上述溶液加热到40度后持续搅拌并不断滴加丙基三甲氧基硅烷和甲基三甲氧基硅烷,滴加结束后搅拌半小时;接着顺序加入乙二醇乙醚、甲醇、二丙酮醇、丙二醇甲醚、乙醇、流平剂、消泡剂和蓝色颜料,接着再加入成膜助剂KH‑560和乙酰丙酮铝。最后用甲醇将上述液体的固含量调整到28‑38%。该涂层液可以用来作为折射率为1.67的聚氨酯镜片表面高折射率硬化涂层使用,涂层液在镜片表面固化后折射率≥1.66,涂层铅笔硬度为3.0‑4.5H,满足聚氨酯镜片表面高折射涂层的需求。
The invention relates to a high-refractive index coating liquid for the surface of a polyurethane lens, and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: mixing nanometer zirconium dioxide sol (5-20 nm), organosilicone /titania sol and methanol, and adding acetic acid to adjust the acidity in order to make the pH value be 4-5; heating the above obtained solution to 40 DEGC, continuously dropwise adding propyltrimethoxysilane and methyltrimethoxysilane while continuously stirring, and continuously the obtained solution for 0.5 h; sequentially adding glycol ether, methanol, diacetone alcohol, propylene glycol methyl ether, ethanol, a leveling agent, a defoamer and a blue pigment, and adding a film forming additive KH-560 and aluminum acetylacetonate; and adjustingthe solid content of the above liquid to 28-38% by using methanol. The coating liquid can be used to form a high-refractive index hard coating, with the refractive index being 1.67, on the surface ofthe polyurethane lens, the refractive index of a coating formed after solidifying the coating liquid is equal to or more than 1.66, and the pencil hardness of the coating is 3.0-4.5 H, so the demand of the high-refractive rate coating on the surface of the polyurethane lens is met.
