本发明涉及一种具有防护蓝紫光性能的1.67聚氨酯镜片及其制造方法,其特征在于:镜片树脂配方采用了4,8-二巯基甲基-1,11二巯基-3,6,9-三硫杂十一烷:5%-50%;5,7-二巯基甲基-1,11-二巯基-3,6,9-三硫杂十一烷:5%-50%;二(2,2巯基)乙基四硫:5%-50%;间苯二甲基异氰酸酯:5%-50%;环己烷二亚甲基二异氰酸酯:5%-50%五种树脂复配,催化剂采用有机锡催化剂,防护蓝紫光吸收剂采用苯并三唑、二苯甲酮,有机染料采用红色、绿色和蓝色染料,该染料用于基片的调色。通过本树脂聚合后得到树脂镜片的基片折射率为1.67,将此基片加硬镀膜后获得的镜片可见光透视比≥93%;蓝紫光透视比分别为波段280nm~380nm,透射比≤0.5%;380nm~420nm≤20%。

The substrate refractive index of a resin lens acquired after resin polymerization is 1.67, and the visible light transmittance is greater than or equal to 93% after a hard coating is added to the substrate; the blue-violet light transmittance is less than or equal to 0.5% in a wave band of 280nm-380nm; and the blue-violet light transmittance is less than or equal to 20% in a wave band of 380nm-420nm.
