本发明公开一种宽尺度范围粒径分布、低逾渗值导电炭黑/UHMWPE复合材料及其制备方法。包括以下重量份的组分:UHMWPE粉料86~98份、导电炭黑1~10份、抗氧剂0.1~0.5份,偶联剂0.1~0.5份、流动性改性剂1~5份。本发明提供的低逾渗值导电炭黑/UHMWPE复合材料,各组分经高速混合机混合均匀,再经模压成型,充分利用各种塑料助剂的正作用,制备了低成本、宽尺度范围、低逾渗值导电炭黑/UHMWPE复合材料,其表面电阻率逾渗区域为2~5%,体积电阻率逾渗区域为1~4%,导电炭黑的粒径分布范围200~700nm,在复合材料中的形貌以“葡萄球状聚集体”呈现。
The invention discloses a conductive carbon black/UHMWPE (Ultrahigh Molecular Weight Polyethylene) composite material with a wide-scale range particle size distribution and a low percolation value, and preparation method thereof. The composite material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 86-98 parts of UHMWPE powder, 1-10 parts of conductive carbon black, 0.1-0.5 part of antioxidant, 0.1-0.5 part of coupling agent and 1-5 parts of fluidity modifier. According to the conductive carbon black/UHMWPE composite material with the low percolation value provided by the invention, the components are uniformly mixed by a high-speed mixer and are then mold-formed; the positive effects of various plastic auxiliary agents are fully utilized; the conductive carbon black/UHMWPE composite material with low cost, wide-scale range and low percolation value is prepared; the conductive carbon black/UHMWPE composite material has a surface resistivity percolation area of 2-5% and a volume resistivity percolation area of 1-4%; the particle size distribution range of the conductive carbon black is 200-700 nm; and the morphology of the conductive carbon black in the composite is presented in the form of spheroidal aggregates.
