本发明公开了一种大长径比钨铜棒材的制备方法,依次经备料、成型、脱脂、烧结、熔渗和磨削而制成。本发明采用干袋式冷等静压的成型方式,可以得到直径在3-10mm,长度在300mm以上的大长径比的钨棒坯;通过在舟皿底部并排铺满纯钨细棒的方式来固定绕有铜丝的钨棒材,保证了熔渗后的钨铜棒材的直线度,省去了校直工序,减少了后续机加工量;通过优化钨骨架烧结工艺和熔渗工艺,得到高钨含量的大长径比钨铜棒材,致密度高,组织均匀性好,且整个制备流程短,成本低。

By laying pure tungsten rods side by side at the bottom of the vessel, the tungsten rods with copper wire are fixed, which ensures the straightness of the tungsten-copper rods after fusion infiltration, eliminates the straightening process and reduces the amount of subsequent machining; by optimizing the tungsten skeleton sintering process and fusion infiltration process, the tungsten-copper rods with high tungsten content are obtained. By optimizing the sintering process of tungsten skeleton and melting process, the tungsten-copper rods with high tungsten content and large aspect ratio were obtained with high density and good uniformity, and the whole preparation process was short and low cost.
