本条数据采用的设备为ZYGO公司生产的NewView9000型3D表面光学轮廓仪,放大倍数为10x和50x,采用小尺寸的过盈配合轴件进行旋转弯曲疲劳试验之后,对材料为45钢的轴径表面的损伤形貌进行观测。试验中轴件旋转不同的时间,对轴件在配合部位的两处接触边缘与接触面内部分别进行测量,分析其表面的损伤,并测量表面粗糙度。

The equipment used in this article is the NewView9000 3D surface optical profilometer produced by ZYGO Company with magnification of 10x and 50x. After rotating bending fatigue test with small-size interference fit shaft, the damage morphology of the axial diameter surface of 45 steel was observed. In the test, the shaft rotates at different times, and the two contact edges and the inside of the contact surface of the shaft in the matching part are measured respectively, the surface damage is analyzed, and the surface roughness is measured.
