本条数据采用的设备为ZYGO公司生产的NewView9000型3D表面光学轮廓仪,放大倍数为10x,实验中的轴套的材料为GCr15。对实验之后的配合轴套内径表面进行测量,分别对两个接触边缘与接触面内部进行测量。测量表面形貌,确定表面裂纹萌生角度和萌生部位,以便与仿真结果进行对比。本文件夹为旋转次数为2×105次的实验轴件的配合轴套内表面不同位置的形貌采集图片,2d为平面照片,3d为立体照片,origin为平面黑白照片,相对2d是为了方便观测。
