本条数据采用的设备为CA6140车床及相应的加载设备,实现对小试件的对称四点弯曲加载,从而进行旋转弯曲疲劳试验,加载后配合表面的名义弯曲应力为160MPa。在固定旋转次数下分别进行试验。拍摄设备为普通照相机。实验完成后试样均为发生断裂,数据为试验后的试样及其对应的循环次数,以便之后对试件进行编号以进行区分。

The equipment used in this article is the CA6140 lathe and the corresponding loading equipment to realize the symmetrical four-point bending loading of the small specimen, so as to carry out the rotary bending fatigue test.
