利用Anvil Storage Utilities硬盘测试软件内置的一个专用的耐久性测试程序和设定好温度的恒温箱对固态硬盘1(256GB、TLC三层单元、SATA3(6Gbps)、2.5英寸)进行恒定写入负载设置(每次循环写入时间为24h)和恒定加速温度应力(100℃)设置。其目的在于通过反复、大量写入和擦除导致物理块出现磨损,这样就会损耗硬盘的寿命。利用恒温箱及硬盘数据写入程序加速模拟硬盘的实际运行,通过不断的写入数据完成对硬盘的寿命加速。再选用硬盘性能检测程序,进行硬盘运行过程的SMART信息采集。本条数据主要记录硬盘1每一次试验中顺序读写测试(Seq)、随机单队列读写测试(4K)、随机64队列读写测试(4K-64Thrd)结果以及硬盘SMART信息数据结果。通过实验数据可以总结出硬盘在擦写过程中实验参数的变化趋势,分析硬盘的出错模式并量化了影响剩余寿命的各种因素。

This data mainly records the results of sequential read and write tests (Seq), random single queue read and write tests (4K), random 64 queue read and write tests (4K-64Thrd), and hard drive SMART information data in each experiment of hard drive 1. Through experimental data, the trend of changes in experimental parameters during the erasing process of the hard disk can be summarized, the error modes of the hard disk can be analyzed, and various factors affecting the remaining lifespan can be quantified.
