空气的流量使用OMEGA气体质量流量计测量,测量范围是0.1-20 SLM和15~3000 SLM,精度为±0.8% RDG+0.2% FS,水的流量使用HONEYWELL电磁流量计及DOWESTON电磁流量计测量,精度都为±0.5%。使用NI 9220板卡对这些信息进行采集,采集板卡的测量范围在-10-10 V,精度为1.37 mV,使用Signal Express软件对这些参数进行实时监测。湍流交混实验中取得的酸性橙示踪剂的浓度使用L6S紫外可见光分光光度计测量。分光光度计由上海仪电生产,对于示踪剂酸性橙的检出下限为0.08 ug/L,远小于示踪剂注入量,因此认为可以通过L6S紫外可见光分光光度计检测出样品浓度,进而获得酸性橙浓度沿程变化情况。甲烷示踪剂的浓度使用上海仪电生产的气相色谱仪来测量,仪器型号为GC112N, ECD最小检出极限的下限为 0.24 mg/m3,远大于示踪剂注入量,因此认为可以通过该气相色谱仪检测出样品浓度,进而获得甲烷浓度沿程变化情况。横流实验中需要测量横向压差,由于横向压差的数值很小,本实验使用倾斜倒U型管来测量横向压差,最小可以测得6.5 Pa。实验得到的主要参数的不确定度为:横流阻力系数为8.84%,界面摩擦因子为8.23%,液相湍流交混系数为4.78%,气相湍流交混系数为4.85%。
The flow rate of air is measured by OMEGA gas mass flowmeter. The measurement range is 0.1-20 SLM and 15-3000 SLM, and the accuracy is ± 0.8% RDG+0.2% FS. The flow rate of water is measured by HONEYWELL electromagnetic flowmeter and DOWESTON electromagnetic flowmeter, and the accuracy is ± 0.5%. The NI 9220 board is used to collect these information. The measurement range of the acquisition board is -10-10 V, and the accuracy is 1.37 mV. The Signal Express software is used to monitor these parameters in real time. The concentration of the acid orange tracer obtained in the turbulent mixing experiment was measured using a L6S ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer. The spectrophotometer is produced by INESA. The detection limit of the tracer acid orange is 0.08 ug / L, which is much smaller than the tracer injection amount. Therefore, it is considered that the sample concentration can be detected by the L6S ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer, and then the acid orange concentration changes along the way. The concentration of methane tracer is measured by the gas chromatograph produced by INESA. The instrument model is GC112N, and the minimum detection limit of ECD is 0.24 mg / m3, which is much larger than the tracer injection amount. Therefore, it is considered that the sample concentration can be detected by the gas chromatograph, and then the change of methane concentration along the way can be obtained. The transverse pressure difference needs to be measured in the cross flow experiment. Because the value of the transverse pressure difference is very small, the inclined inverted U-tube is used to measure the transverse pressure difference in this experiment, and the minimum can be measured at 6.5 Pa. The uncertainty of the main parameters obtained by the experiment is : the cross flow resistance coefficient is 8.84%, the interface friction factor is 8.23%, the liquid phase turbulent mixing coefficient is 4.78%, and the gas phase turbulent mixing coefficient is 4.85%.
