使用光学显微镜对固化过程中钛酸盐晶须在生物基树脂中的流动性进行研究。钛酸铁钠晶须的质量分数为3%,晶须的长度为·5~10μm,厚度为100nm,使用腰果酚活性稀释剂与石油基环氧树脂E51进行复配(未添加腰果酚基固化剂,生物基树脂含量为30%),刮涂50μm的涂层,每隔15分钟拍摄一次,观察钛酸盐晶须在涂层固化过程中的流动性,分散性以及沉降程度。
The fluidity of titanate whisker in bio-based resin during curing was studied by optical microscope. The mass fraction of sodium ferrititanate whisker was 3%, the length of whisker was ·5~10μm, and the thickness was 100nm. Cashew phenol active diluent was combined with petroleum-based epoxy resin E51(no cashew phenol curing agent was added, the content of bio-based resin was 30%), and the coating was scraped on 50μm. The film was taken every 15 minutes to observe the fluidity, dispersion and settlement degree of titanate whisker during the coating curing process.
