使用红外光谱分析仪对腰果酚羟基化产物进行结构分析,对比判断腰果酚羟基化是否成功。以腰果酚为原料,加入硫代甘油(巯基乙醇)和光催化剂反应24h,分离纯化后得到的腰果酚羟基化的产物。将该产物用乙醇稀释后滴加在溴化钾压成的基片上,烘箱60℃1h,进行红外测试。
The structure of the hydroxylated products of cashew phenol was analyzed by infrared spectrum analyzer, and the successful hydroxylation of cashew phenol was judged by comparison. Cashew phenol was used as raw material, thioglycolol (mercaptoethanol) was added and photocatalyst was used to react for 24h. The product was diluted with ethanol and then added to the substrate pressed by potassium bromide, oven at 60℃ for 1h, and infrared test was carried out.
