使用X射线衍射仪对不同保温时间生成的钛酸铁钠片晶进行XRD分析。探究了保温时间对于产物组成和形貌的影响,保温时间过短,晶体生长不完全,甚至还会有未反应的中间产物NaFeTiO4,当保温时间继续增加至4 h,此时的XRD峰较2 h强,此时的片晶的结晶性较好。
XRD analysis of sodium ferric titanate tablets produced at different holding times was carried out by X-ray diffractometer. The effect of holding time on the composition and morphology of the products was explored. The holding time was too short, the crystal growth was incomplete, and even there was an unreacted intermediate product NaFeTiO4. When the holding time continued to increase to 4 h, the XRD peak at this time was stronger than that at 2 h, and the crystal crystallism was better at this time.
