使用X射线光电子能谱仪对喷雾干燥法得到氧化石墨烯粉体进行XPS表征,首先对不同形貌结构GO粉体的化学组成进行了探究,以验证其是否是最终再分散性的决定因素。对不同卷曲程度GO粉体进行宽扫X射线光电子光谱,。元素分析表明,具有层状结构低卷曲程度GO粉体的C/O原子比(1.99)与具有无序结构的高卷曲程度粉体的C/O原子比(2.02)相似,说明不同形貌结构的GO粉体的化学组成相同,两者即使经历了喷雾热干燥过程,片层表面仍都富含含氧官能团。
GO powder obtained by spray drying method was characterized by XPS using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Firstly, the chemical composition of GO powder with different morphology and structure was investigated to verify whether it was the determining factor of the final redispersibility. The wide sweep X-ray photoelectron spectra of GO powders with different crimp degrees were performed. Elemental analysis shows that the C/O atomic ratio (1.99) of GO powder with low curled degree with layered structure is similar to that of GO powder with high curled degree with disordered structure (2.02), indicating that the chemical composition of GO powder with different morphology is the same, and the surface of both layers is still rich in oxygen-containing functional groups even after the spray thermal drying process.
