为了进一步证实添加液体石蜡的影响,将四种不同液体石蜡含量的二氧化钛凝胶微球以10 ℃/min的速率升温至900℃ 并保温4小时,并采用扫描电子显微镜观察其结构。从图中可知,当液体石蜡添加量为0和1 wt.%时,经过热处理后,所得粉体具有核壳结构。而当液体石蜡添加量增至3 wt.%和20 wt.%时,经过热处理后,所得粉体内部结构转变为实心结构。这一结果表明,添加液体石蜡不仅对二氧化钛凝胶微球的热行为造成了影响,更进一步影响了在快速升温热处理之后所得粉体的内部结构。
In order to further confirm the effect of adding liquid paraffin, titanium dioxide gel microspheres with four different liquid paraffin contents were heated to 900℃ at the rate of 10 ℃/min and kept warm for 4 hours, and their structures were observed by scanning electron microscopy. It can be seen from the figure that when the amount of liquid paraffin is 0 and 1 wt.%, the obtained powder has a core-shell structure after heat treatment. When the amount of liquid paraffin was increased to 3 wt.% and 20 wt.%, the internal structure of the obtained powder was transformed into a solid structure after heat treatment. The results show that the addition of liquid paraffin not only affects the thermal behavior of titanium dioxide gel microspheres, but also affects the internal structure of the powder obtained after rapid heating treatment.
