为了进一步分析液体石蜡的添加对所得粉体结构的影响,对四种粉体在不同温度下热处理所得粉体的物相进行了表征。图即为不同温度下所得二氧化钛微球的XRD谱图。从图中可知,随着热处理温度的升高,锐钛矿型二氧化钛的衍射峰强度逐渐增加。而当温度升至700 ℃时,开始出现了金红石型二氧化钛的衍射峰。而当温度进一步升温至900℃时,二氧化钛微球的物相则完全转变为金红石型二氧化钛。另一方面,当热处理温度低于600 ℃时,在相同的热处理温度下,随着液体石蜡添加量的增加,所得粉体的衍射峰强度均有降低。因此,可以判断,当热处理温度小于600 ℃时,添加液体石蜡对二氧化钛微球的结晶性能有明显的抑制作用。而当温度升至700 ℃时,四种粉体具有相似的XRD衍射曲线,各衍射峰相对强度及半高宽均趋向一致。这也表明,在700 ℃热处理后,四种二氧化钛粉体具有相近的结晶度。
In order to further analyze the effect of the addition of liquid paraffin on the structure of the powder, the phase of the powder obtained by heat treatment at different temperatures was characterized. The figure is the XRD pattern of titanium dioxide microspheres obtained at different temperatures. It can be seen from the figure that with the increase of heat treatment temperature, the diffraction peak intensity of anatase type titanium dioxide gradually increases. When the temperature rises to 700 ℃, the diffraction peak of rutile titanium dioxide begins to appear. When the temperature is further increased to 900℃, the phase of titanium dioxide microspheres is completely transformed into rutile titanium dioxide. On the other hand, when the heat treatment temperature is lower than 600 ℃, the diffraction peak strength of the obtained powder decreases with the increase of the amount of liquid paraffin at the same heat treatment temperature. Therefore, it can be judged that when the heat treatment temperature is less than 600 ℃, the addition of liquid paraffin has a significant inhibition effect on the crystallization properties of titanium dioxide microspheres. When the temperature rises to 700 ℃, the four powders have similar XRD diffraction curves, and the relative intensity and half-height width of each diffraction peak tend to be consistent. This also shows that the four titanium dioxide powders have similar crystallinity after heat treatment at 700 ℃.
