取称量后的超高纯W及高纯Ti/TiH2粉末,放入混合了一定比例钨球的V型混料机进行均匀混料,物料以钛箔包裹后置于石墨模具,在真空热压炉内开展高温高压烧结试验,选取烧结温度1200~1400℃、压力0~35MPa、保温时间30~120min,并在700 ℃时保温3.5 h。采用金相显微镜分析热压烧结工艺对钨钛合金晶粒尺寸的影响,采用EBSD分析钨钛合金的晶粒尺寸及分布均匀性。
The powders of ultra-high purity W and high purity Ti/TiH2 after weighing were put into a V-type mixer mixed with a certain proportion of tungsten spheres for uniform mixing. The materials were wrapped with titanium foil and placed in a graphite mold. High-temperature and high-pressure sintering tests were carried out in a vacuum hot pressing furnace with sintering temperature of 1200~1400℃, pressure of 0~35MPa and holding time of 30~120min. The temperature was kept at 700 ℃ for 3.5 h. The effect of hot pressing sintering process on the grain size of TUNGSTEN titanium alloy was analyzed by metallographic microscope, and the grain size and distribution uniformity of tungsten titanium alloy were analyzed by EBSD.
