粉末分散分级预处理是一种有效改善粉末物理性能的处理方式,常用方式有机械打散、机械研磨、气流分级和射流分级等。为了选择最有效的粉末预处理方式,进一步优化钨坩埚性能,项目组对不同粉末预处理方式展开实验探究,并分析不同钨粉产物的SEM形貌与粒度分布。结果表明采用射流分级技术实现了钨粉精确分级,分级后中粉产物粒径收窄明显。
Powder dispersion and classification pretreatment is a treatment method to effectively improve the physical properties of powders. Common methods include mechanical dispersing, mechanical grinding, airflow classification, and jet classification. In order to select the most effective powder pretreatment method and further optimize the performance of the tungsten crucible, the project team conducted experiments on different powder pretreatment methods and analyzed the SEM morphology and particle size distribution of different tungsten powder products. The results show that the precise classification of tungsten powder is achieved by the jet classification technology, and the particle size of the intermediate powder product is significantly narrowed after classification.
