采用德国布鲁克 AXS 公司生产的 D8-Bruker 型 X-射线织构应力仪对锻件的 织构进行测试,采用 Schulz 背反射方法,Cu Kα 辐射为工作射线,设备工作电压 和电流分别为 40 kV 和 40 mA,测量晶面为(110),(200)及(211),检测后再使用 Texture Evaluation Program 和 Texture Calc 相关处理软件进行分析,得到取向分 布函数图(ODF 图),以此表征锻件织构。采用邦厄(Bunge)坐标系来定义区分 ODF 图,BCC 金属织构的恒 φ2=45°ODF。
The D8-Bruker X-ray texture stress meter produced by the German Bruker AXS Company was used to test the texture of the forgings. The Schulz back reflection method was used. Cu Kα radiation was used as the working ray. The working voltage and current of the equipment were 40 kV and 40 respectively. mA, the measured crystal planes are (110), (200) and (211), and then use the Texture Evaluation Program and Texture Calc related processing software to analyze and obtain the orientation distribution function diagram (ODF diagram) to characterize the texture of the forging .
