An activation sintering process for preparing ultrafine crystalline pure molybdenum metal materials, densities, and hardness. Molybdenum powder was produced by high-energy ball milling to refine the molybdenum powder particles and reduce the activation energy of sintering, enabling a higher dense density to be achieved at a lower sintering temperature during sintering. The powder is hydraulically pressed in one direction at a pressure of 300 MPa and then sintered in a hydrogen atmosphere furnace at 1300°C to 1600°C to obtain a molybdenum product with a high density.
