钼镧合金的SEM图、金相组织、晶粒尺寸、致密度、力学性能。烧结前将SPS烧结炉封闭并抽真空至真空度小于0.1 Pa,然后通入氩气做保护气,设定的机械压力为30~50 MPa,烧结温度为1500~1600 ℃,升温降温速率为90~110 ℃/min,保温时间为4~6 min。用SIRION200场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)观察了其显微结构和粒径。用HVS-1000数字显微硬度仪测量了烧结坯的物理特性。
The SEM images, metallographic organization, grain size, density, and mechanical properties of the molybdenum-lanthanum alloy were obtained. Before sintering, the SPS sintering furnace was closed and evacuated to a vacuum of less than 0.1 Pa, and then argon gas was introduced as the protective gas, and the mechanical pressure was set at 30~50 MPa. The microstructure and particle size were observed. The physical properties of the sintered billets were measured by HVS-1000 digital microhardness tester.
