在本研究中心,采用扫描电镜观测腐蚀360h后,未涂覆试样的界面微观形貌,锈层明显地分为外锈层和内锈层,外锈层疏松呈多孔状,内锈层较为紧实且致密。但未涂覆试样内锈层与基体之间有裂痕,锈层不稳固,内锈层有较多裂痕。涂覆试样的界面微观形貌,锈层明显地分为外锈层和内锈层,内锈层厚度小于未涂覆试样的内锈层厚度,外锈层疏松呈多孔状,内锈层较为紧实且致密。涂覆试样的锈层厚度要薄于未涂覆试样的锈层厚度。
In this research center, scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the interface microscopic morphology of uncoated samples 360h after corrosion. The rust layer was obviously divided into outer rust layer and inner rust layer. The outer rust layer was loose and porous, and the inner rust layer was compact and compact. However, there are cracks between the rust layer and the matrix in the uncoated sample, the rust layer is unstable, and there are many cracks in the inner rust layer.
