在本研究中,采用线切割沿焊接试板焊缝方向,在焊缝正中切取直径为5mm,标距为60mm的比例拉伸试样,在配备电加热炉的万能拉伸试验机上,将拉伸试样加热至600℃保温3小时之后,按照国标GB/T 228.2-2015的标准进行高温拉伸试验,测得钢板的高温屈服强度值、抗拉强度值、断后伸长率、断面收缩率等。
In this study, a proportional tensile specimen with a diameter of 5mm and a standard distance of 60mm was cut in the middle of the weld along the weld direction of the test plate by wire cutting. After the tensile specimen was heated to 600℃ for 3 hours on a universal tensile testing machine equipped with an electric heating furnace, high temperature tensile test was conducted according to the national standard GB/T 228.2-2015. The high temperature yield strength value, tensile strength value, elongation after fracture, section shrinkage of the steel plate were measured.
