在本研究中,先在预磨机上进行预磨,然后在150、320、600和1000号砂纸上依次水磨,在抛光机上进行机械抛光后,置于4 ml HNO3 + 96 ml CH3CH2OH混合溶液浸蚀15~25 s,采用FEI Quanta650热场发射扫描电子显微镜分析,观察贝氏体形貌、尺寸与分布等。随着温度升高,在贝氏体铁素体基体上分布着的MA岛的逐渐分解的,在300℃保温15min下的赝品可以观察到MA岛开始分解,400℃与500℃保温15min时在贝氏体铁素体基体发生回复,MA岛继续分解,600℃保温15min时,在贝氏体铁素体基体上分布的MA岛基本完全分解,700℃保温15min时,在贝氏体铁素体基体上分布的MA岛已经完全分解,而且基体有再结晶发生。
In this study, pre-grinding was carried out on a pre-grinding machine, and then water grinding was carried out on sand paper 150, 320, 600 and 1000 in turn.
