在本研究中,采用线切割沿焊接试板焊缝方向方向切取10mm*10mm*55mm,KV2型的标准冲击试样,每组三个平行试样,将样品放入酒精中,倒入液氮降温至-40℃后,在冲击试验机上,按照国标GB/T 229-2007的标准进行低温摆锤冲击试验,测得-40℃时钢板的冲击吸收功值。
In this study, 10mm*10mm*55mm KV2-type standard impact samples were cut along the weld direction of the test plate by wire cutting, with three parallel samples in each group. The samples were put into alcohol, poured into liquid nitrogen and cooled to -40℃. According to GB/T 229-2007, low-temperature pendulum impact test was carried out to measure the impact absorption energy value of steel plate at -40℃.
