2018年3月初,宝钢股份宝山基地采用2台烧结机对4座高炉生产模式,烧结矿碱度较高,炉况与湛江高炉存在一定差异,为分析高炉内压差波动大原因,对宝山基地3,4DL烧结矿及湛江烧结矿进行熔滴性能分析,结果表明,3DL生产的高碱度烧结矿在1550℃仍无法正常滴落,4DL和湛江烧结矿可正常滴落。另外,宝山3,4DL烧结矿软熔层厚度分别为46.7,40.8mm,而湛江烧结矿为37mm。检测结果为烧结机、高炉生产调整提供了思路。
In early March 2018, Baosteel Baoshan base used two sintering machines to produce four blast furnaces. The sinter alkalinity was high and the furnace condition was different from that of Zhanjiang blast furnace. In order to analyze the reasons for the large fluctuation of pressure difference in blast furnace, the droplet performance of 3,4dl sinter and Zhanjiang sinter in Baoshan base was analyzed. The results showed that the high alkalinity sinter produced by 3DL still could not drip normally at 1550 ℃, 4dl and Zhanjiang sinters can drip normally. In addition, the thickness of soft melt layer of Baoshan 3 and 4dl sinter is 46.7 and 40.8mm respectively, while that of Zhanjiang sinter is 37mm. The test results provide ideas for the production adjustment of sintering machine and blast furnace.
