采用500W激光器对回厂再制造的结晶器铜板进行激光清洗试验,去除表面氧化物。测试发现,材料基底光洁度3.2以上且锈蚀程度轻微的区域,清洗效果基本满足磁粉探伤要求;表面含有轻度油液的区域,清洗效果基本满足磁粉探伤要求;锈蚀严重的区域需要反复进行清洗。因此,500W激光器的清洗效率和清洗质量不高,特别是对于重油、重腐蚀等特殊工况的清洗不彻底,需要开发大功率激光清洗设备。
