开展铅铋合金流动传热特性实验研究。在此基础上,针对有无海洋条件的影响,分别开展静态和海洋外力场下的铅铋合金流动传热特性实验研究,建立复杂海洋条件铅铋合金流动传热实验平台。实验围绕未来深海核动力无人潜航器设计及应用情景,设计实验工况,以识别影响流动传热特性的关键因素。同时,对不同实验工况中能反映海洋条件影响的关键参数进行测量,获得各种复杂海洋外力场铅铋合金流动传热特性数据和规律。
Experimental study on flow and heat transfer characteristics of lead-bismuth alloy was carried out. On this basis, in view of the influence of ocean conditions or not, the flow heat transfer characteristics of lead-bismuth alloy under static and external ocean fields were investigated respectively, and the experimental platform of flow heat transfer of lead-bismuth alloy under complex ocean conditions was established. The experimental conditions were designed around the design and application scenarios of future deep-sea nuclear-powered UUV to identify the key factors affecting the flow and heat transfer characteristics. At the same time, the key parameters which can reflect the influence of ocean conditions were measured in different experimental conditions, and the flow and heat transfer characteristics of Pb bismuth alloy in various complex ocean external force fields were obtained.
