采用《GB10561-2005T 钢中非金属夹杂物含量的测定标准》中的A方法对均各自采用EIGA和PREP制备的S590和K390粉末HIP锭锻造后的坯体进行夹杂物对比分析。EIGA工艺的夹杂物主要为B类夹杂和D类夹杂,PREP工艺的夹杂物主要为D类夹杂,EIGA工艺夹杂物远超PREP水平。
Method A in GB10561-2005T Standard for the Determination of Non-metallic Inclusion Content in Steel was used to carry out a comparative analysis of inclusions in the billet of S590 and K390 powder HIP ingots forged by EIGA and PREP respectively. The inclusions in EIGA process are mainly Class B and Class D, while the inclusions in PREP process are mainly Class D, and the inclusions in EIGA process are far beyond the level of PREP.
