将均采用PREP和EIGA两种制粉方法制备的K390和S590粉末制成合金锭后,经过1150 ℃热处理后取样进行抗压强度测试,两种材料均是在PREP方法下抗压强度更高,其中K390可达3959 MPa,S590可达4231 MPa,S590抗压强度整体上优于K390。
After the alloy ingots are made of K390 and S590 powders prepared by both PREP and EIGA methods, samples are taken for compressive strength test after heat treatment at 1150 ℃. The compressive strength of both materials is higher under the PREP method, of which K390 can reach 3959 MPa, S590 can reach 4231 MPa, and the compressive strength of S590 is better than that of K390 on the whole.
