将 K390和S590刀刃在不同的淬火温度1100℃,1150℃,1180℃,相同的回火工艺(深冷和550℃回火三次)进行热处理,研究不同淬火温度对冲击韧性的影响。冲击韧性采集方案:加工为尺寸10*10*55mm的无缺口冲击试样,在室温下测量三次,取平均值为最终值。取不同淬火温度下的K390和S590刀刃冲击试验断裂后的样品通过扫描电子显微镜对断口形貌进行表征。
K390 and S590 blades were heat treated at different quenching temperatures of 1100 ℃, 1150 ℃, 1180 ℃, and the same tempering process (cryogenic and 550 ℃ tempering three times) to study the effect of different quenching temperatures on impact toughness. Impact toughness collection scheme: process the impact sample with size of 10 * 10 * 55mm without notch, measure it three times at room temperature, and take the average value as the final value. The fracture morphology of K390 and S590 samples after impact test at different quenching temperatures was characterized by scanning electron microscope.
