将 K390和S590刀刃在不同的淬火温度1100℃,1150℃,1180℃,相同的回火工艺(深冷和550℃回火三次)进行热处理,研究不同淬火温度对磨损体积的影响。磨损体积采集方案:摩擦副采用SiC球,频率5Hz,在35N的载荷下,进行60min的摩擦(摩擦距离不小于360m,最小摩擦行程10mm)。取不同淬火温度下的K390和S590刀刃摩擦磨损试验后的样品通过扫描电子显微镜对磨损形貌进行表征。
K390 and S590 blades were heat treated at different quenching temperatures of 1100 ℃, 1150 ℃, 1180 ℃, and the same tempering process (cryogenic and 550 ℃ tempering three times) to study the effect of different quenching temperatures on wear volume. Wear volume collection scheme: SiC ball is used as the friction pair with a frequency of 5Hz, and the friction is conducted for 60min under the load of 35N (the friction distance is not less than 360m, and the minimum friction stroke is 10mm). The wear morphology of K390 and S590 blades after friction and wear tests at different quenching temperatures was characterized by scanning electron microscopy.
