通过数值模拟得到不同刀管结构下速滑冰刀变形过程中冰刀整体应力分布的规律。采用速滑冰刀形变数值模拟方法,开展蹬冰角90°、蹬冰力960N的情况下,刀管分别为圆形刀管、T形刀管时,速滑冰刀应力应变的数值模拟。以S(Mises等效应力)为输出参数,研究不同冰刀刀管结构下,速滑冰刀整体应力分布情况。
Numerical simulations were conducted to obtain the overall stress distribution of the ice blade during the deformation of the speed skating blade under different blade structures. Numerical simulations were carried out to investigate the stress and strain of speed skating blades at 90° of stirrup angle and 960N of stirrup force when the blades are round and T-shaped respectively. With S (Mises equivalent force) as the output parameter, the overall stress distribution of the speed skating blade was studied under different blade structure.
