经DRT热处理后,Cr12Mo1V1模具钢坯无论是边部还是1/4位置处,其热处理组织与传统热处理1030℃淬火组织相比,共晶碳化物偏聚现象明显减轻,大颗粒共晶碳化物宏观颗粒尺寸减小,分布均匀性得到改善,DRT双淬火过程Cr12Mo1V1钢的大颗粒碳化物发生更充分的溶解,使其细化。同时,原始组织中偏聚大颗粒碳化物发生溶解,使其均匀化。DRT双细化热处理第一阶1050℃淬火,促进了较小碳化物的溶解,也促进了大颗粒碳化物溶解,锋利尖角溶成圆角,从而使未溶的碳化物数量变少,粒度趋于一致,形态趋于球粒状。

The large particle carbides of Cr12Mo1V1 steel in the DRT double quenching process are more fully dissolved, making it finer. At the same time, the segregation of large particles of carbides in the original structure dissolves and homogenizes it. The first stage of the DRT double refining heat treatment is 1050 ℃ quenching, which promotes the dissolution of smaller carbides, and also promotes the dissolution of large particles of carbides, and the sharp corners dissolve into rounded corners, thus reducing the number of undissolved carbides, the particle size tends to be consistent, and the shape tends to be spherical.
