In order to study the effect of matrix structure and carbide refinement on the fatigue life of GCr15 bearing steel with different metallurgical quality, especially different purity, three different processes of electroslag remelting, vacuum degassing+continuous casting and vacuum degassing+mold casting were selected to carry out the research.
