本研究使用ANSYS WORKBENCH 20 R2软件模拟刀底压强峰值和应力分布。本研究使用足底压力平板测试刀底压强峰值和应力分布。足底压力平板测得刀底压强峰值和有限元模拟刀底压强峰值均位于刀底后侧,约为足跟下方,刀尖与刀尾处压强值均较小,刀底整体应力分布一致。刀底压强峰值误差值为47kPa,误差率为9.5%。
In this study, the ANSYS WORKBENCH 20 R2 software was used to simulate the peak pressure and stress distribution at the tool tip. In this study, the plantar pressure plate was used to test the peak pressure and stress distribution at the blade bottom. The peak pressure at the bottom of the knife measured by the foot pressure plate and the peak pressure at the bottom of the knife simulated by the finite element method are located at the back of the knife bottom, about below the heel. The pressure values at the tip and the end of the knife are small, and the overall stress distribution of the knife bottom is consistent. The error value of the peak pressure of the knife bottom is 47kPa, and the error rate is 9.5%.
