T型结构速滑冰刀刀管力学特性分析研究。利用三维模拟软件(SolidWorks),利用T型结构速滑冰刀刀管三维模型,对冰刀刀管纵向8000N、5000N的施压模拟、横向3000N的施压模拟,研究分析钛合金材质对速滑冰刀刀管的影响。主要记录了钛合金材质和铝合金材质在8000N、5000N、横向3000N的施压模拟的压力下的形变数据。
Analysis and research on mechanical characteristics of T-shaped speed skate blade. By using the three-dimensional simulation software (SolidWorks) and the three-dimensional model of the T-shaped structure speed skating skate blade tube, the pressure simulation of the longitudinal 8000N, 5000N and the transverse 3000N of the skate blade bridge is carried out, and the influence of titanium alloy material on the speed skating skate blade bridge is studied and analyzed. The deformation data of titanium alloy and aluminum alloy under the simulated pressure of 8000N, 5000N and 3000N transversely are recorded.
