为研究纳米Al2O3颗粒在合金纳米复合电刷镀层中的分布,对n-Al2O3/Ni-Co合金纳米复合电刷镀层面扫描,扫描信号收集时间120s。结果如图所示,由图可知,合金纳米复合镀层表面Al元素分布均匀,由于镀层表面是进一步电沉积阴极表面,可以认为Al元素会一层一层地共沉积到镀层中,因此Al元素在镀层中的分布是三维分布的。因为Al元素的分布对应着镀层中纳米颗粒的分布,因此纳米颗粒在合金纳米复合镀层中均匀的三维分布。
To study the distribution of Al2O3 nanoparticles in the alloy nanocomposite electrobrush plating layer, the n-Al2O3/Ni-Co alloy nanocomposite electrobrush plating surface was scanned, and the scanning signal was collected for 120 s. The results are shown in Fig. From the figure, it can be seen that the Al elements on the surface of the alloy nanocomposite plating layer are uniformly distributed, and since the surface of the plating layer is further electrodeposited cathode surface, it can be assumed that the Al elements will be co-deposited into the plating layer by layer. The distribution of Al elements in the plating is therefore three-dimensional. Since the distribution of Al elements corresponds to the distribution of nanoparticles in the plating, the nanoparticles are uniformly distributed in three dimensions in the alloy nanocomposite plating.
