图为反射-透射式环形光路的二维模型和三维模型。为了获得激光在传输过程中的光束形态和能量分布状态,在光路各关键位置设置了探测器,探测器可以根据追迹分析光线所积累的能量显示出光束在该位置下的光斑形态、能量分布状态等信息。如图a)所示,该光路结构中共设置了六组探测器,因此可以获取光束在相应距离范围内的传输信息。如图b)所示,探测器1-5显示了光路中光束在不同位置由实心圆心转换为中空环形的过程。
The figure shows a two-dimensional model and a three-dimensional model of the reflective-transmissive toroidal optical path. In order to obtain the beam morphology and energy distribution state of the laser during transmission, detectors are set at each key position of the optical path, and the detectors can show the beam morphology, energy distribution state and other information under the position according to the energy accumulated by the tracer analysis light. As shown in Fig. a), six sets of detectors are set in this optical path structure, so that the transmission information of the light beam in the corresponding distance range can be obtained. As shown in Fig. b), detectors 1-5 show the conversion of the beam from a solid circle to a hollow ring shape at different positions in the optical path.
