从图 a)中可以看到环形光斑的环宽整体均匀,环形光束在x轴两侧呈对称状态,y轴右侧的半环形光束形态完整。但由于分束棱镜组向x轴正向发生了偏移,导致左侧半环形光束在合束时未打在合束棱镜组的顶端,以至于左侧半环形光束的弧长小于右侧半环形光束的弧长。从图 b)中可以看到聚焦光斑整体分布均匀,左侧由于半环形光束弧长较短,所以缺失部分能量。
From Fig. a), we can see that the overall ring width of the annular spot is uniform, the annular beam is symmetrical on both sides of the x-axis, and the half-annular beam on the right side of the y-axis is intact. However, due to the shift of the beam splitting prism group to the positive direction of the x-axis, the left half-annular beam does not hit the top of the beam splitting prism group when the beam is combined, so that the arc length of the left half-annular beam is smaller than that of the right half-annular beam. From Fig. b), it can be seen that the overall distribution of the focused spot is uniform, while the left side is missing some energy due to the shorter arc length of the half-ring beam.
