通过数值模拟得到不同刀桥、刀管材料下速滑冰刀变形过程中冰刀刀片应变分布的规律。采用速滑冰刀形变数值模拟方法,开展蹬冰角90°、蹬冰力960N的情况下,刀桥和刀管材料分别为铝合金、钛合金时,速滑冰刀应力应变的数值模拟。以U(位移)为输出参数,研究不同冰刀刀桥、刀管材料下,速滑冰刀刀片应变分布情况。
Numerical simulations were conducted to obtain the distribution of strain on the ice blade during the deformation of speed skating ice blade with different blade bridge and blade tube materials. The numerical simulation method of ice blade deformation was used to simulate the stress and strain of the ice blade at a stirrup angle of 90° and a stirrup force of 960N, when the blade bridge and blade tube materials are aluminum alloy and titanium alloy respectively. With U (displacement) as the output parameter, the strain distribution of the blade of the speed skating ice skates was studied under different ice skate bridge and blade tube materials.
